Cejka Search’s marketing manager approached me to develop an informational sales tool to support their recruitment services for hospitals seeking top doctors and hospital executives. The tool included a brochure, a mini CD, service pages, and a business card for recruiters to leave behind.
 

I designed a clean and professional layout that incorporated their brand colors and logo while introducing yellow as an accent to create a friendly and approachable tone. To enhance the design, I included imagery of healthcare providers, adding warmth and relatability throughout the materials. Lines and curves were integrated into the design to convey a sense of technology and forward-thinking innovation. Additionally, I tiered the informational sheets, allowing recruiters to customize the services and data sheets for each hospital or doctor’s office they visited.
 

The marketing manager was thrilled with the final design, and the sales tool was successfully utilized in the field.
