With limited staff at each studio location, associates often struggled to focus on assisting customers while managing new customer check-ins and appointment scheduling. After conducting research, the Marketing and IT teams collaborated to develop a touchscreen solution. This system enabled customers to independently check in, schedule appointments (In-Studio, Passport, Rewards, On-Location, Business Portraits, or pick up portraits), and receive updates.

I designed the entire user experience, creating a step-by-step process with engaging, fun and friendly visuals to guide customers seamlessly through each stage. The final product was a resounding success, allowing associates to dedicate their attention to current customers while providing busy parents with a convenient and efficient way to check in and receive text notifications when their appointment is ready.
